The identity crisis of the modern human expressed as emotional and intellectual indifference
There are no movements. There are no hippies. There no antiestablishment entities. There are no protesters.
There is FREEDOM and HUMANITY and there is OPPRESSION.
FREEDOM means being free to say anything, to wear anything, to be anywhere, to speak any language, to practice any religion or not to practice any religion, to do anything one wants to do as long as it does not devalue and endanger other people. FREEDOM means being free to express one’s HUMANITY.
Words like hippie, counterculture, antiestablishment, independent media and hundreds of other words have been invented and are being used just like the words witches and vampires and other ‘old world’ words had been invented and used, in order to oppress and enslave any person, group of people, or institution that does not want to contribute to the existing economic system.
One is either FREE TO BE AN ORIGINAL HUMAN BEING, which means TO BE FREE TO BE ANYTHING ONE WANTS TO BE, TO BE FREE TO EXPRESS ONESELF IN ANY WAY ONE WANTS TO EXPRESS ONESELF, or ONE IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXPRESS ONESELF.
Unfortunately, the existing economic system cannot profit from the citizens who do not wish to purchase products therefore the elite that controls the economic system uses the media machine in order to label and then marginalize anyone who wants to be FREE.
Imagine if all of us were free to express ourselves in any way we would like to express ourselves. Nobody could be marginalized because standards, clichés and stereotypes could not exist because everybody would be encouraged to be an original human being they are.
Each one of us is an original human being, however we are oppressed by the system that forces us to suppress our nature and confine our identities in order to create predictable consumer patterns.
The people who want to be free do not oppose the ruling system. They just want to be free. The system does not want to set them free therefore it defines them not as FREE but as ‘antiestablishment’ and ‘counterculture’ in order to deter other people from discovering what it means to be free to express oneself and exist outside the consumer cliché.
How can you be more than what you are? It’s ridiculous. What are you but all that you are? If you are not all that you are it means you are not permitted to be all that you are.
It’s like saying I am too much of a human being. If you are not all that you feel you are than you are oppressed and you are not all that you are. You are either THE FULL AND ENTIRE YOU or YOU ARE NOT. You are everything that you want to be at any moment or you are not you.
It’s so simple, it’s tragic how few people perceive the totality of their being.
Being yourself is what is forbidden. Being yourself is what is at stake.
There is nothing that one needs to become. That is the catch. There is no hippy party you need to join. There is no counter culture movement. There is no antiestablishment movement. There are no secret societies. They are constructed by the elite to deter people from experiencing FREEDOM OF THEIR OWN HUMANITY.
There is just being oneself. Just being oneself. Nothing less, nothing more.
One has to ask why is it so hard to be oneself? Why is it so hard to find one’s own voice? Why is it so hard to trust oneself and so much easier to trust others? Aren’t others just like me? So how can they know what’s better for me? It’s so hard to trust oneself precisely because we are told that we are not intelligent enough. Because we are told that everything we need exists outside of us.
The free self that does not oppose any one or any thing is the greatest threat to the economic system because manipulation, competition and destruction are what the economic system requires in order to maintain itself. Any individuals that refuse to be oppressed and molded into the predefined consumer drones are deemed dangerous. Yet manipulation, competition and destruction are the true source of all fears, anxieties and instabilities that plague the modern individual and our entire civilization.
By calling ourselves independent thinkers and hippies we marginalize ourselves. We are FREE HUMAN BEINGS WISHING TO EXPRESS OUR HUMANITY.
FREEDOM or OPPRESSION. Nothing else. ARE YOU REALLY FREE TO BE YOURSELF? ARE YOU YOURSELF RIGHT NOW?
If not why not?
Why should any other human being, who is exactly the same as you, be allowed to prevent you from being all that you are? Does it make any sense?
Are you free to express your humanity? If not, why not?
